Seattle Food Tech Aims To Put A Vegan Chicken Nugget In Every Pot

Plant-based burgers from brands including Impossible Foods and Beyond Meat are popping up on menus at a growing number of indie eateries and chain restaurants in response to consumer demand. Restaurants including Bareburger, Fatburger, Wahlburgers, White Castle, A&W and TGI Fridaysall now have the plant-based burgers on their menus, and they’ve proven popular enough for restaurants to pay a higher price.
